Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has launched the Squad Gold Rush referral campaign, giving eligible users the opportunity to compete for a share of a squad prize pool of up to 100,000 USDT and earn lucky-draw chances for rewards with a displayed value of up to $10,000 in XAUT. Running now through Aug. 18, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. UTC, the campaign rewards the top 100 referral teams, with individual payouts determined by each participant's contribution to their team's overall performance.
The campaign is designed to encourage community-driven growth by rewarding both direct referrals and qualifying referrals generated by invited users. Each eligible first-time deposit (EFTD) completed by a qualified referral contributes one point to a team's total score, allowing participants to strengthen their rankings through collaborative efforts.
To participate, eligible users must log in, visit the designated event page and opt in to the campaign. Participants earn points by referring new users through their unique referral link or invitation code. A referral is considered successful when the new user registers through the referral link or code, completes identity verification (KYC), deposits at least $100, and executes at least $10 in trading volume within seven days of registration. Referrals generated by invited users also contribute to the original team's score, provided the inviter has joined the campaign.
At the conclusion of the campaign, the top 100 teams ranked by verified referral points will share the final USDT squad prize pool. Individual rewards are calculated according to each participant’s contribution using the formula: Individual Points ÷ Total Team Points × Team Prize Pool Allocation. Participants must complete at least two successful referrals during the campaign period to qualify for rewards. If two or more squads have the same score, the squad that earned its points earlier will rank higher.
The final squad prize-pool tier will be determined by the total verified referral points accumulated across the community by the end of the campaign, up to a maximum of 100,000 USDT. Final leaderboard rankings remain provisional until the completion of Bybit's risk review process, after which rewards are expected to be distributed within 10 business days following the end of the campaign.
In addition to the squad leaderboard, participants can earn chances to enter a lucky draw. Participants receive one lucky-draw chance for every two valid referrals, one additional chance for every five valid referrals, and one additional chance for every 10 valid referrals. Participants may earn up to 17 cumulative lucky-draw chances per person. Qualifying referred users who complete the $100 deposit and $10 trading requirements will also earn a lucky-draw chance. Featured rewards include XAUT with a displayed value of up to $10,000, alongside other promotional airdrops.
Eligible deposits include fiat currency, cryptocurrency transfers, one-click buy transactions and peer-to-peer (P2P) purchases. Deposits funded through bonuses, coupons or transfers from another Bybit account do not qualify. Internal transfers are also excluded from the deposit requirement.
Bybit applies risk controls to protect the integrity of the campaign. Self-referrals, duplicate identity-verification submissions, subaccount loops and device or IP patterns indicative of reward farming may result in disqualification.
